Ecommerce Consultant

Job Description:

The Ecommerce Consultant expands relationships with new customers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow one or more assigned product lines. The Ecommerce Consultant closes on qualified opportunities referred by ShopGo Sales and Management Team, while actively collaborating with these teams. Reporting to his Line Manager, the Ecommerce Consultant is responsible for achieving sales quota in the assigned product lines.

 

Responsibilities

- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management.
- Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data to be able to propose the right solution to the customer which meets his requirements and needs.
- Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Sets goals and objectives; Organizes or schedules, and develops realistic action plans.
- Works closely with Customer Support Team after closing the sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.

Required Experience/Skills:

- Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s).
- Familiarity working with clients of all sizes.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms is a plus (Magento is a plus)
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and analytical.
- Strong team player but still a self-starter.
- Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
